Ingredients:
- 1 pound of boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (10.75 oz) can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25% Less Sodium)
- 3 tablespoons Regular or Low Sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
- 4 c. hot cooked rice
- Slice beef into very thin strips.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
- Add soup, soy vinegar, garlic powder, and pepper. Heat to boil. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
